Today we head back to Ahmedabad.
Tonight we leave Jaipur. We are starting our slow journey back to the UK, first getting back to Ahmedabad for our flight to Doha. I am not looking forward to the night train, but it needs to be done! I think it is safe to say Jaipur has been great, a very relaxing stay. The hostel has been wonderful, very accommodating and a good chance to meet new people.
We have got to do a bit of everything here, shopping, sightseeing and for Hannah meeting up with some family.
Yesterday we were shopping in the Pink City, we went to the post office and we went to the monkey temple - the ride was hilarious, Waseen (our rickshaw wallah) was playing tunes - 'Ice Ice baby', 'Hotel California', 'Saturday Night', 'One Love' just to name a few :)
Almost time to come home :)

Today is day 38
Today is our first whole day in Jaipur. We had a long journey from Delhi on the bus yesterday, but we glad to see our beds at our hostel - The Explorer's Nest. Our room is very comfortable, very blue, and the owner is very helpful and friendly! Not much more we could ask for :)
So today we headed out on our own private tour of the city with a rickshaw wallah (who picked us up from the bus stand yesterday.) He showed us around the city, stopping at great sites, including the Royal Palace, the astronomy site and the Mogul district (perfect for shopping!)
It was a great day, if not a little tiring due to the Jaipur heat and posing for numerous photographs (taken by random strangers of course!).
